Drama Between Love and Lies in Indosiar

Some time ago, Yulia was impregnated by Dahlan (50) who was already married to Ratna (45) and also pregnant at the same time. Yulia was very hurt at being lied to by Dahlan because he told her he was single. When both the women deliver at the same hospital, Yulia exchanges the babies. After that, she tries to kill herself. But fate had other things in store for her. She is saved and finally marries Rizal, a rich doctor. She is unable to believe that Naira (Ratna's daughter) gets to live a good life while Alya (Yulia's daughter) is no where to be found because Dahlan disappears. After 18 years, Yulia is filled with regret and looks for her real daughter.
Ratna and Dahlan are unaware of the fact. They live together with Alya and Baim (Alya's brother who is the black sheep of the family). According to Alya, Ratna is the best mother in the world. Naira lives with Rizal, Yulia, Grandma Rima (Rizal's mother) and Fahri (her step brother who loves her dearly). Because Yulia hates Naira, the two of them have an unpleasant relationship. Naira is arranged to get married to Sultan (25) also a doctor. She doesn't love him and runs away on the day of her engagement. Sultan is offended and the wedding gets called off.
Alya has met Sultan and everytime they meet, they both fight like cats and dogs. Alya then works in a Cinnamon cafe owned by Yulia. Finally the secret gets revealed by Yulia that Alya is her daughter. She is in a dilema with her past but is scared to reveal anything for fear that she could be sued for exchanging the babies. Naira is suspicious of her mother's warm attitude towards Alya which she had never ever got. After knowing the facts, she is hurt. Especially since she was just a tool of revenge towards Dahlan and Ratna. Naira is more hurt when Sultan starts to fall in love with Alya.
